It looks like the better example is now net.sf.antcontrib.platfromPlatform (which, incidently marks OSX as a Unix and MacOS<=9 as Mac, fair enough). I can't figure out why they did the refactoring though; there is nothing left in OsFamily.java.

Unless your Windows options covered some other variations there.

or something like...
boolean isPlatform(UNIX);

I think the fact you can't even tell for sure you're on a Unix box has
come up before.
