Find the file:

/Applications/Metrowerks CodeWarrior 8.0/Metrowerks
CodeWarrior/Java_Support/Libraries/jdk1.4/rt.jar

And place it in your project. That should do it. You should check out
comp.sys.mac.programmer.codewarrior on Usenet. The Metrowerks people do a
good job of answering CW-related questions there.
