Since I have a Mac Java Bugs Web site I've taken the liberty of deeming the
Panther problem a bug and posting a page about it at:
http://segal.org/macjavabugs/panther.html
The page incorporates protocols, suggestions and wording from many people. It
is not as useful as having an official Apple page, but the philosophy of the
Mac Java Bugs site is that one can't always wait for official Apple pages.

If you need a URL not on your site to direct people to you can use this one.
Suggestions are welcome (and probably needed).
