Re: Google to offer gigabyte of free e-mail

I actually don't think Gmail is a hoax, or if it is, they tricked The New York Times as well: Gmail was mentioned in a rather large article in the Business section today, which also happens to quote the press release as being March 31st, and not April 1st.

I guess we will know shortly.

Notice that it says April 1 2004 UTC.

Maybe you could try entering your email address into

to see what happens? :-)
