If you're looking for specific problems and/or fixes, your best bet is to
walk through the Java release notes:
<http://developer.apple.com/documentation/ReleaseNotes/Java/>

This won't yield a comprehensive list at all, but it's a start. Some AWT
and Swing bugs also manifest themselves in printing, so you should consider
those, too.

You could probably expand on the release notes by searching this list's
archives for keywords like "print", but winnowing the results will be
time-consuming.

If you're looking for a comprehensive list categorized by release and OS
version, there isn't one AFAIK.
