xcode not generating a default JNIWrapper.h file on build

i have seen this once or twice before. when i clean all and rebuild the Headers/JNIWrapper.h file is not getting generated.

is this a known thing? is there a fix for it? it seems that the only way i can get it to rebuild it is to back out my changes in the JNI files to a previous state. build the project and then insert my changes again. rebuild and it is there.

weird stuff!
