For starters tight integration to WebSphere, then JSF visual editing
(Please Don't make me use Studio Creator, not a big fan of Net
Beans-No flame wars please), EJB deployment. Server monitoring There
are others, but mostly because that is the client mandated IDE. Sure
I could make eclipse do what I want, but I NEED WSAD!
