For example, if you have a look at
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/b-gallery/ you'll see
that although the B*Gallery product isn't extensive
enough to warrant a bugzilla type system, I do respond
directly to every user and openly discuss bugs when
they are discovered. I think this is the only way to
treat customers. I'm involved in a range of
commercial software- some sells for $20 and some sells
for $150,000, but my same basic philosphy applies
across the board.
Anyway, I'm willing to let this thread die, but it
does still baffle me.
