InstallAnywhere is a nice product, but is a little pricy given the
current size of our company.  Perhaps if/when we grow we'll switch
over.

IzPack (http://www.izforge.com/izpack/) is a free java installer if you are looking for one. I haven't used InstallAnywhere, so I can't compare them, but IzPack works nicely for me. It can be integrated into ant and the source code is available.
