Installing JBuilder on Mac OX 10.3.2

  I think i did see posts similar to these but with no
answers hope this one can. I am trying to install
Borland Jbuilder and everytime i do the install it
crashes the console shows the following error,  

2004-12-21 08:53:19.656 install[383] osError = 0
[JavaAppLauncher Warning] Specifying a specific
version for JVMVersion 1.3.1 is deprecated.  Use the
more general 1.3* instead.

I am sure there would be a workaround , any pointers
be appreciated..
