shutdown hook and 1.4.2

I found that shutdown hook finally does work in 1.4.2

that's very good so we don't need to create special Macintosh code for doing that

Runtime.getRuntime().addShutdownHook(new Thread() {
public void run() {
System.out.println("ShutdownHook");
}
});
