which demonstrates that you installed the Java 1.4.2 Developer update, wherein the jni.h file is found. Mr. Kocher did not, so he has no 1.4.2/Headers folder. This comes up every time a new version is released: you need to install the "xxx Developer" update to get jni.h for that version.
