QuaQua vs 1.4.2

Is anyone else using quaqua with 1.4.2?
Is it working correctly for you?

Ever since I updated to 1.4.2 I get random exceptions when using quaqua
filechoosers. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. The exceptions
are generally like this one:
