FW: QuaQua vs 1.4.2

Hi John,

I am still not able to reproduce the problem. So I decided to blindly add
the changes that Tim Boudreau suggested.

I published it at the following address:

It would be nice if you gave it a try.

I have added some debugging code in class ch.randelshofer.quaqua.JBrowser.
To activate it, simply set constant DEBUG to true.

When the debugging mode is in effect, JBrowser will write a line to
System.out, whenever it has suppressed a mouse event. This never happens on
my computer. But maybe it will on yours.

Please let me know, if this version fixes the problem. If it doesn't, it
would be good, if you could invest a little time in finding a reproduceable
test case or even fixing the problem by yourself. Quaqua is open source
after all.
