[ANN] pre-release of open source Suite/P Toolkit for Java

I have posted a pre-release of my open source Suite/P Toolkit for Java:

Suite/P is an extensible suite of Posix-like capabilities for working with:
- real and effective user IDs
- real and effective group IDs
- process IDs
- resource-limits
- environment-variables
- sysctl values
- signals

Compared to my earlier Easy Posix Toolkit, Suite/P doesn't have, as yet:
- any signal-receiving facility except ignoring or defaulting
- any file-system access facilities (mount-info or file-stats)

Suite/P does, however, have the following advantages over Easy Posix Toolkit:
- a much simpler API
- a more easily subsettable design
- a ready-to-use JNI imp for Mac OS X that works on J2SE 1.4

Because it's a pre-release, Suite/P doesn't yet have:
- any docs other than the API-docs and the source
- any examples other than a cheesy ad hoc test app
- any testing beyond 1.3.1 and 1.4.1_01 on Mac OS 10.2.[3,6]

Suite/P is released under the open source Artistic License.
