[ANN] Final release of open source Suite/P Toolkit

The Suite/P Toolkit for Java is a simple extensible suite of Posix-style
capabilities. Typical capabilities allow Java programs to work with:
* user IDs: real, effective, saved, name/ID lookups
* group IDs: real, effective, saved, name/ID lookups
* process IDs: current, parent, process groups
* hard & soft resource limits
* environment variables: get by name
* signal sending: to process, process group, all processes owned by user
* signal receiving: status, ignore, default, queued receive
* misc: nice, umask, sysctl

Provides a ready-to-use Mac OS X implementation, based on JNI, with the
following capabilities:
<http://amug.org/~glguerin/sw/suitep/imps.html#macosx>

Works on J2SE 1.3 and 1.4, over a range of OS versions from 10.0 to 10.3.2.

Includes all source: Java and C. The C source uses Mac OS X's BSD-based
library, but should be relatively easy to port to other Unix-like
environments, such as Linux or APR (Apache Portable Runtime).

Redistributable under the open source Artistic License.

Enjoy.
