yes headers is good source to find that information
but
com.apple.mrj. MRJFileUtils
and com.apple.mrj.MRJOSType
are still available
so
com.apple.mrj. MRJFileUtils.kUserDomain
com.apple.mrj. MRJFileUtils.kPreferencesFolderType.toInt()

would do the job
