Since you seem to feel strongly about it and are obviously knowledgeable about the subject, perhaps *you* should take it up with them. Their user forum is at http://forge.objectweb.org/forum/?group_id=97. And I mean this in all sincerity; you will certainly be able to make a far more convincing argument than I ever could.
