Syntax coloring web pages

In the next few months I'm going to generate a large number of code example
and I would like to include them on various web pages ... but I would like to
have the code syntax colored.

Is there some script/program available that does this? 

I found a few tools but they all seemed to be for some Windows editor or
Emacs. But are there some tools that works on a Mac (preferable together with
BBEdit)?
