DnD Applet

DnD applets run fine with 1.4 plugin (Safari) but when using a browser such as mozilla, IE, ... which incidently only uses 1.3 plugin DnD fails to ignite the user's passion for java.

Seemingly DragGesture recognizes the Drag initiative but then DnD fails to fire any events.

Also the same applet with 1.3 plugins on Win / Linux / Solaris / you name it, runs fine.
Any provoking thoughts?

Also I tried MRJ DnD as a substitute which then fails to adopt JLabel as it's DragSource; wherein only claims lots of event exceptions when users tries to drag a JLabel.

So no love between MRJ and JLabel or is it that I am doing something not right?
