and of course video poker for those moments when there is no one worth
while to talk to and you just have to participate in some vice or
other.
Leave it to a Java developer to list "conversation" as a vice. ;-)
Thats not what I meant. :-( I must have been under the influence of
some pretty good conversation. ;-)
And I didn't list it, I subclassed it. :o)
That said, conversation is most definitely a vice. I seem to be
addicted to it. Most psychologists tend to think that people become
addicted to the caffeine, alcohol, tobacco, etc. They're wrong of
course, its the conversation. If it weren't for the excellent
conversation that accompanies the imbibing and smoking of these
substances, I'd consume a small fraction of what I currently do. Then
again, I've always been pretty good at rationalization.
