As an further question, could I ask if there is a standard location for
all of the OSX toolbar icons? So many of the standard OSX apps use the
same toolbar icons over and over (cut, delete, new folder, select font,
open, save, etc). Are we allowed to reuse those?
Thanks,

I have a question not related to programming per se but to Java dev on
Mac for sure:
I recently got my application's documents tied to my app so that I can
double click on a document to open it in my app. I created an .icns
file for the documents and that icon shows up in the Finder for my
type of document.
My problem is that my icon is a little ugly. I tried to create it
based on the doc icon for another application but it didn't turn out
looking quite right, especially around the edges where it ought to
have a light shadow.
Is there an icon template provided by Apple anywhere? If not, where
can I find the .icns file for the standard white folded-corner
plain-document icon? I could probably mod that.
