As an further question, could I ask if there is a standard location
for all of the OSX toolbar icons? So many of the standard OSX apps use
the same toolbar icons over and over (cut, delete, new folder, select

I did a little research about this a while back, and as far as I can
tell, it's "officially" not allowed to reuse the toolbar icons from
Apple-supplied applications, but it seems to be quite the prevalent
practice to go ahead and use them anyway. I think Apple really needs to
address this and provide a common library of icons for application use.

Is there an icon template provided by Apple anywhere? If not, where

It sees like at WWDC or in another forum, there was a link to an
Apple-supplied Photoshop template of the standard Application icon that
you could use as a starting place. But I can't find any references to
it anymore, and I don't seem to have a copy of it in my icon resources.
However, the above website does have an Application template in
Photoshop format that you can use, that is very similar to the default
one.
I have found some other other free icon resources, but few match the
quality or Aqua feel of what can be found at the above links. I can try
and figure out where I got some of them if anyone is interested.
