Aren't you supposed to use an option that looks like "-framework JavaVM.framework" instead of your -I and -L uses? The two functions you are missing are in the framework file in /System/Library/Frameworks/JavaVM.framework ... (something like that - I had a similar error on CodeWarrior 9. Check the archives on this list for JNI_CreateJavaVM? I had posted about this before, and someone (Greg?) set me right (thanks! :-) ) ).
