Look for an "E:html" or "T:html" entry.  I see those in my
com.apple.LaunchServices.plist.  I also see entries for suffixes I've
registered for an app of my own creation.

I should also point out that ".html" is a suffix or extension, while "http"
and "https" are protocol identifiers (or in URL terminology, a scheme).
