I also On a Mac can not stop the user from being able to drag the parent
frame when a dialog box is shown. The parent frame is not enabled but when
you click on the title bar you ca still drag it around. Is there any way of
stopping this.

Is the dialog modal?

I am experiencing the similar problem. The fact that a frame behind a modal dialog can be dragged does not bother me, but the fact that it can be closed does. Closing a frame when a modal dialog is displayed is possible only if the frame is not the parent frame for the dialog.
