Mac OS X Document Icon Template

I have a question not related to programming per se but to Java dev on Mac for sure:

I recently got my application's documents tied to my app so that I can double click on a document to open it in my app. I created an .icns file for the documents and that icon shows up in the Finder for my type of document.

My problem is that my icon is a little ugly. I tried to create it based on the doc icon for another application but it didn't turn out looking quite right, especially around the edges where it ought to have a light shadow.

Is there an icon template provided by Apple anywhere? If not, where can I find the .icns file for the standard white folded-corner plain-document icon? I could probably mod that.
