That doesn't follow. It's entirely reasonable for ADC to restrict the
attendance to a space-limited panel to ADC members simply to reduce
competition for the seating.
If anything, it's evidence that Tiger *will* be out by then: the panel
is
open to *all* ADC members, not just paid ones. Either whatever they're
saying is generic enough that no "trade secrets" are revealed, or
Tiger will
be public by then, making the NDA obsolete.
