Can't load com/apple/cocoa/foundation classes

I can't make my class to include
com.apple.cocoa.application.*;
com.apple.cocoa.foundation.*;

I am working on os 10.3.9, java 1.4.2 whith XCode 1.5
I already installed Java142Update1 and Java142Update1Tools

The build phase completes correctly but the run throws the exception
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/apple/cocoa/application/NSApplication

Perhaps someone could help me with some ideas about possible misconfigurations or changes in the way apple organizes this classes.
