What did you do that you need to reinstall it?
I haven't ever played with that particular package, but if you're
comfortable in the shell you could look into using gunzip and pax to
unpack the *.pkg/Contents/Resources/Archive.pax.gz file yourself.
The .pkg is actually a special directory, just like .apps --
