At work, I use OptimizeIt, which I can recommend very highly. It's a great tool. (I've only used it on Windows, though. I assume the Mac version is just as good, but I haven't actually tried it.) At home, I use Shark. It isn't nearly as powerful as OptimizeIt, but it's still a huge improvement over -Xrunhprof. And it's free, which is a nice feature if you're on a budget!
