It's not specifically a CodeWarrior Problem. It's a bug in Terminal.app,
I saw it on other occasions too.

The only thing to do is to trash your
Library/Preferences/com.apple.Terminal.plist or to find and delete the
line with the command in it (I forgot the specific key).
