Note you are missing the letter "t". Not sure if that is a typo in
email or from the code you copied.
String[] arr=a.split("#");
but compiler throws run time exception "No class mthod found".
It would be better to see the full error message and a more complete
snippet of code.
Any body can tell me what is going wrong in that.
What version of JVM/JDK and Mac OS X are you using?
