You can't. Apple's bug database is not as open as Sun's for example. I assume they want to be able to have proprietary information in the comments and test cases provided without bug reporters having to worry about such stuff, though there has been more than one request for Apple to open it up a bit.

It's also possible that your own submissions are locked and you can no longer see the details of them...
