And I can confirm that I do NOT have that DP installed here.

On a practical note, though, it won't matter whether you create with a
PPC-only stub or a Universal one, because Java launching doesn't require a
Universal stub:

It doesn't say so in that Q&A, but I would guess that an app-bundle that
had Universal JNI-libs and a PPC-only launch stub would work correctly on
Intel CPUs.  I'd try it first, though, if you have an Intel machine sitting
around.
