Hello,
I have a brand new iBook G4 running OS 10.4.4. I'm doing simple
things in java and launch my code from the command line. Before that
I had another Mac running OS 10.4.? (not .4). On OS 10.4.4 I'm
getting (intermittently) the following on the standard output:
2006-01-28 11:48:35.759 java[870] CFLog (0): CFMessagePort:
bootstrap_register(): failed 1103 (0x44f), port = 0xee03, name =
'java.ServiceProvider'
See /usr/include/servers/bootstrap_defs.h for the error codes.
2006-01-28 11:48:35.792 java[870] CFLog (99): CFMessagePortCreateLocal
(): failed to name Mach port (java.ServiceProvider)
For information about my jvm:
java version "1.4.2_09"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_09-232)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2-54, mixed mode
My code runs fine.
Anyone knows where that comes from and what I can do about it?
My configugation is pristine. I have not touched anything since I
bought that new Mac except running Software Update yesterday but the
problem was there before and is still the same.
Thank you for your help. Damien.
