I suppose I can (currently, we allow 1.4.2, since that's the default
on vanilla Tiger), but that doesn't help. Still broken there. My
If you prefer I could probably give you a JEP that would work for
1.5 as well. T
Well 1.4 appeared to just be a packaging change so I was able to do
that as well. Sorry about that. Whether doing this is anything useful
or not is still questionable.
At 1.4 I'd still say nothing but that doesn't appear to work
correctly Safari either now that I tested that 1.4 as well.

Looks good but the initial Application server value was...
Application server values (session 53CC82C2D3964F776B9E611CACEA0108)
So after a new session ID is established it does manage to maintain
it. Safari however works a little better here, again only at 1.5
though, by not only doing that, it immediately matches the
Application server values and manages to maintain a match on that all
the way along.
Close enough to be of any interest? Any thoughts on why it is still
off on the initial value?
For Firefox I put that at
/Applications/Firefox.app/Contents/MacOS/plugins/
JavaEmbeddingPlugin.bundle/Contents/Resources/Java/
JavaEmbeddingPlugin.jar
You would _of course_ want to back up/save the original jar file
before making any kind of change.
Otherwise, if not of interest, never mind, was sort of interesting to
me, never got to mess with browser innards before.
I guess I'll stop carrying on about it.
