If you didn't do a backup, your best choice is to reinstall your OS using
the "Archive and Install" option to preserve your accounts and other
configuration data.

System software updates typically don't have deinstallers, except in rare
cases. Developer previews never have deinstallers, in all my years of
experience. That's why the DP release notes always say you should not
install the preview on a critical machine.

You could search the list archives for keywords like "uninstall" or
"deinstall" for tips on reading the package's BOM and removing Installer
receipts, but you'll still be on your own when it comes to the
effectiveness of such removals. It might break something in such a way
that you'd have to do a complete OS install anyway, so it would just take
longer to reach the same outcome.

I realize this isn't the answer you were hoping for, but if you look in the
archives, you'll see you aren't the first person to want a deinstaller for
a DP, and the past answers are pretty much what I gave you above.
