IIRC, the release notes are right next to the download on ADC. They are
readable BEFORE downloading.

utility, it's not possible to download the preview without seeing the
adjacent release notes.

Perhaps you thought they were also included in the download, which is quite
reasonable.


You should check that they aren't on the downloaded dmg. They usually are,
either as a separate document next to the installable package, or as an
item presented early in the installation process. I could tell you, but
then I'd have to kill myself.

Unfortunately, we usually do not include the release notes in the contents of the DMG, because quite frequently we still doing minor tweaks and edits about issues we find with that particular DMG. If we put the release notes in the DMG, we couldn't edit them without doing another build cycle.
