It looks like you just changed the make file so I
would guess you're probably still testing there. 
The build.xml appears not to be text, not to be
normally viewable, and to have some kind of NetBeans
dependency?

This target can only run inside the NetBeans IDE.

About all that made any sense on looking at it.
