This is just a general comment and question.
When I first started using OS X about 5 years ago I set the X Windowing
system up to use MWM instead of the X server that was being bundled with
OS X. I did this because I was familiar with it. This new OS X port
relies on the Open Motif libraries for AWT, Swing, etc. Back then, you
couldn't cut and copy between a native Apple application to any X based
application running under MWM.
I stopped using MWM under OS X for that very reason.
With that said, can you copy and paste between an OS X native app and a
Java app built with this new system with drag and drop enabled?
Just curious,
