Re: Source code for the Mac OS X "ApplicationStub" launcher binary

Hi folks.

I need to respond to an "open url" AppleEvent, and I find that Apple's ApplicationAdapter class will only help me catch "open file" AppleEvents. Rather than reinvent the wheel, I would like to modify Apple's "ApplicationStub" binary so that I can catch the AppleEvents I care about.

So, my question is this: Can somebody point me toward the source code for the "ApplicationStub" binary (the one we stuff in our application's Contents/MacOS directory)?

My searches of the archives and the developer site have not yet been fruitful.

Possibly this list thread might also be of interest. Took me a little while to find it, I'm not remembering exact details except it was something like drag and dropped url's to the dock icon seemed to work at Tiger?
