MRJAdapter 1.1 (the current version) uses the Artistic License, and is
already pre-built.
I'm not sure what you mean by "GPL compatible". In any case, I don't think
the Artistic License is incompatible with the GPL. If you think the two
license are incompatible, please explain what that incompatibility is.

Read MRJ Adapter's build.xml.
Then use the jar-files under the Stubs sub-dir.
