Re: Increase mounted disk size at real time

I'm guessing you just want to create a dmg just big enough to hold your java app.

Possibly the easiest way is to do something like this:

hdiutil -srcfolder /path/to/dir/ -format UDCO /path/to/archive.dmg

Check the man page for hdiutil for compression/formatting options.

You can also use the GUI Disk Utility tool to make a dmg from a folder.

Hello,

I have created a dmg file of my java application, and its working fine
on OSX. But now I got one issue related to dmg size, because we should
provide size of mounted disk before creating dmg. But my application
copy files at current location, may be they are bigger than mounted
disk size. so it will give exception, so can I increase size at
realtime.

Please suggest me asap...

Thanks in advance,
Laxmilal
