Re: Java SE 6 - 32 Bit Request



I could not resist. I am working on .Net now but it is funny how this thread/theme wakes up.

Apple makes a lot of money without Java. Apple adds some money with Java to the huge pile it is already making.

It supports Java because it is part of their marketing story/plan: to support all platforms, etc...

Sun and IBM rule the roost in Java. Apple came late to this game which makes Apple a follower.

It is not surprising Apple's behavior.

Some people may need Apple to support Java more than Apple needs or wants to.

I do not like it more than any of you but that seems to be the name of the game.

Just my two cents.
