Don't touch the CurrentJDK symlink. Bad things can and will happen down the
road if you do.

Instead, run /Applications/Utilities/Java/Java Preferences.app and drag
"Java SE 6 (64-bit)" to the top of the list in 'Java Application Runtime
Settings'.  All of your command line tools will use the 1.6 versions.

Unless you have installed SoyLatte, you can't run Eclipse with 1.6. I
believe you can target it and run code with 1.6, but Eclipse itself is
compiled 32-bit only and can't use Java 6 due to its use of Carbon in the
SWT.
