I had the same problem but adding the LSUIElement property worked for me.
It works for me too, until the first window is upcoming... then i get an
icon in the dock.
I added the following text to the <dict> block:
<key>LSUIElement</key>
<string>1</string>
Does your application have an icon in the extras menu (system tray
under windows) - that's was my main entry point into the application.
Under Windows there is no icon in the system tray.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?
