I have installed the API docs for the Java SE 6/Update 1 API, but I
don't see any new docsets appearing in XCode. I can't figure out
where/what the installer "installed". Has anyone been to install
the documentation package and have it work? If so, can you point me
to:
1. Any steps you may have taken to get it working
2. The location of the API doc file for Java 6 on your system
Please file a bug about the Xcode documentation at http://bugreporter.apple.com
. AFAIK, the doc sets used by Xcode don't automatically pickup any
changed we lay down in Java software updates inside the
JavaVM.framework bundle. I'm not sure if they should, but Xcode should
present Java 6 documentation either from some implicit or explicit
action once you have it on your machine.
