Position of buttons in JDialog

Hello.

I use system look and feel in Java 6. I created dialog from JOptionPane's factory method with some options (e. g. Create and Cancel) but their position is not correct. Correct position described in Apple's Human Interface Guildline is Cancel - Create. That is in reverted order in Java application. Is it bug or intention? I use Czech locale so it shouldn't revert order of components like in Hebrew.
