With SUN Java Web Start 1.6.0_14 and 1.6.0_15 applications using their own signature verification on the classpath do not run anymore! With _14 an optimized signature check was introduced which causes the failure.

Please verify if the next Java release planned for Mac OS after 1.6.0_13 is not affected by this.
